  • 3+ years of experience in sales/customer success manager’s position in IT SaaS B2B companies
  • Experienced leading/facilitating customer success initiatives cross-functionally (Development, Sales, Consulting, Support, Customer Success, Partners)
  • Customer-oriented and product quality improvement-oriented mindset
  • Level of English Upper-intermediate and higher (B2-C1)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing activities

  • Work closely with Sales&Marketing colleagues to support business reviews, ensure renewal of annual recurring revenue, and identify and support growth across an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by identifying opportunities to constantly improve the customer success experience
  • Helping every client to get the best results while working with the platform, analyzing their needs based on profiles (business specifics, roles, goals and expectations) and research
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback and insights via high-touch relationships into the core product, our service and processes
